I can’t stop eating delicious Nestle Toll House chocolate chips.

Now I just sit back and wait for free bags of chocolate chips, right? Nestle, are you out there?

As I was browsing the BBC news website (Chris, you need to tell me how to make a word a link) I found an article about the Spanish Association of Fashion Designer’s voluntary ban of models with a BMI of less then 18. The article went on to say that that would be about 30% of the models. I was so happy to read this article, it seems that someone is finally taking a positive step forward towards promoting health, not skinniness. It’s all fine and good to say things need to change but this is the first time, in my memory, that a large organization is doing something tangible. Go Spain!
